GMAIL
To mark info@la-pajarita.com as a safe sender in Gmail you must follow these steps:
1. In the Gmail application, click on the “More” tab that you will find on the left side.
2. Now click on the “Spam” folder.
3. If you find the email info@la-pajarita.com there, open it and select “Not Spam”.
4. Now go to the received folder, open the message and select the 3 dots that appear right next to the “Reply” arrow and choose the option “Add to La Pajarita | Mapelor to the contact list.”

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
To mark info@la-pajarita.com as a safe sender in Microsoft Outlook:
1. At the top of your “Outlook” application, in the start menu, display the “Junk Email” option and select “Jam Email Options”.
2. A tab will appear, in it you have to select the “Safe Senders” box, click on “Add”, write the address info@la-pajarita.com and click OK.
If you do not have the same organization in Outlook email, here you have more options to add the address info@la-pajarita.com to the safe senders list.
APPLE MAIL FOR OS X
To place the address info@la-pajarita.com as a safe sender in Apple’s email:
First, if our address appears in your spam folder, select or open it and click on “Not Spam” (or similar) at the top of the screen.
Now, from the “Mail” menu, go to “Mail” and select “Preferences”.
Click on the “Filters” or “Rules” tab.
Select add rule to add a new rule
Assign the name “La Pajarita by Mapelor” to the new rule that you are going to add.
“Create the following rule: If any of the following conditions are met: “Sender/From” “Contains”, and then copy the address info@la-pajarita.com there.
From the list of actions, select “Move message” to “Inbox.”
Finally press “OK” or “Accept”.
YAHOO!
To add info@la-pajarita.com as a safe sender on Yahoo!:
If you see that our email has been sent to your Spam or Junk folder, open it and click on the “Not spam” button.
Make sure info@la-pajarita.com is not on your blocked address list. If it is, select it and click on the corresponding button to unlock it.
Now click on “Options” and select “Mail Options” in the upper right corner.
Select filter in the left panel.
Above the “Filters” panel that you will see on the right, press “Add filter”.
Select the box that corresponds to the “sender” row, leave the box that says “contains” as it is, and in the field on the right, paste the address info@la-pajarita.com. This will tell the system to send emails from this sender to the inbox instead of the spam folder.
The last step is to select “Mailbox” in the field that says “Move to folder”
