Free shipping on orders over €600
To help our customers save on shipping costs, we offer free shipping on orders over €600. This offer is available across our entire range of products and is automatically applied at checkout. If your order meets this requirement, you will not have to pay for shipping.
Shipping in less than 24 hours on items in stock
We understand that our customers expect to receive their products as soon as possible. For this reason, we ensure that orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 pm are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
This means that once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive your products within 1-3 business days.

RETURN POLICY
At La Pajarita, we strive to offer the highest quality products and provide the best possible service to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Return deadlines
The deadline to request a return is 30 days from receipt of the order. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for return
For a product to be returned, it must be in the same condition in which you received it, without signs of use and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on personalized products unless they are damaged or defective from the factory.
Return process
To start the return process, please contact our customer service at info@la-pajarita.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, we will inform you how to return the product.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
The refund of the products will not include the cost of shipping the products to our offices.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted on personalized products unless they are damaged or defective at the factory. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is suspected to have been used or if the return conditions mentioned above are not met.
